Red Pine Camp serves girls 7-16. A girl must have completed first grade to attend. The oldest campers, called Leadership Girls, will have completed their sophomore year of high school.

Families looking to enroll should note that we expect our camper spots to begin to fill up by early to mid-December 2016 based on last summer’s registrations.
Red Pine’s Introductory Camp Session ($2,300) is available only for first-time campers up though the 5th grade.Campers have the opportunity to enjoy everything that Red Pine camp has to offer. This experience is a perfect introduction to overnight camp for families interested in the experience but unsure if they are ready for a full 4 week session. The program is limited and is offered during our 1st four week session and allows for girls to extend their stay for the whole session. The 2017 Rate includes all fees for camp: tuition, food, weekly laundry, annual newsletter and DVD, photograph book, birthday parties and daily snacks. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses related to transportation to and from Red Pine (transportation details are available in our Parent Handbook which is updated yearly and posted to our website February 1st), shipping of luggage and personal expenses such as extended trips and camp store purchases. These expenses will be itemized and billed at the end of camp.
If your camper is interested in taking horseback riding (English) and she is a 4 or 8 week camper there is an additional charge of $650/$1200 and you must enroll your camper for that activity at the time you complete her camper application.
To register, fill out our online registration form and mail a deposit of $1000. Any remaining tuition is due by April 15, 2017.
All families that enroll by December 1st, 2016 will receive an Early Bird Discount of $100.00 and an Early Bird T- Shirt which will be mailed to you prior to the Holidays.
RED PINE CAMP’S REFERRAL PROGRAM
Red Pine Camp has long understood that our best marketing is through our current and valued camp families. Here is our Referral Program for 2017.
$300 tuition credit for referring a new 4- or 8-week family;
$150 tuition credit for referring a 2-week introductory camper family;
$300 tuition credit for hosting new families for a “group home visit” (this credit is simply our “thank you” for hosting a Red Pine presentation by Connie Scholfield for 2 or more new families, regardless if any of the families enroll their daughters).
$300 additional credit to the hosting family if any family that attends the group home visit enrolls at Red Pine ($300 max/new family)
What is the Camp’s refund policy?
Because we are filling beds quickly and have a waitlist as early as January, and therefore possibly turning away interested campers we provide the following refund policy:
Prior to January 1, any cancellations receive a full refund minus a $50 accounting fee for the registration process.
After January 1st there is a $500 charge for cancellations.
After April 1st, there are no tuition refunds.
